Every shift covered.
Before anyone asks.
Zyra builds your team's roster around who is actually free, lets people swap shifts in two taps, and reminds everyone before they're on. No more chasing replies in the group chat.

BUILT FOR ANY TEAM THAT RUNS ON A ROSTER
Set it up once.
Zyra keeps it moving.
- 01
Set up your teams
Create a calendar for each team, add your recurring shifts, and list the positions each one needs.
- 02
Invite with one link
People join from their phone, pick the positions they cover and block out the days they're away.
- 03
Publish and step back
Zyra sends reminders, collects confirmations and handles swaps, so nobody spends Friday night chasing replies.
Everything a rostered team needs.
Nothing it doesn't.
Swaps in two taps
Ask a teammate directly or offer your shift to the team. Zyra checks for clashes, asks a lead to approve if your team wants that, and updates everyone's roster.
Availability, respected
People block out days once. Leads see it while rostering, so nobody is asked twice.
Reminders that get replies
A nudge two days before and on the day. One tap confirms, and leads see who hasn't.
No double bookings
Overlapping shifts are stopped before they're saved, even when two people tap at the same moment.
Team chat and announcements
One chat per team, plus an announcements page for the things everyone must read.

Common questions
Does my team need to download an app?
No. Zyra runs in the phone's browser. Add it to the home screen to get notifications; the install guide shows how on iPhone and Android.
Can someone work in more than one team?
Yes. A free account covers one calendar. People in several teams can take Unlimited, or your organisation can cover everyone with a Team plan.
What happens when someone can't make it?
They ask a teammate to swap or offer the shift to the team. Once someone accepts, and a lead approves if your team requires it, the roster updates for everyone.
Where is our information stored?
