Who these terms are with

Zyra is provided by [legal entity name, UEN, address]. By creating an account you agree to these terms and the privacy policy.

Accounts and security

You must be at least 13 years old (16 in the EU and UK). Keep your password private. On a new device, and again after a period set by us, you'll be asked to confirm it's you with an authenticator app or an emailed code. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has access to your account.

Teams

The owner of a team controls its settings and who leads it. Team leads can add and remove members. If an owner deletes their account, ownership passes to a lead or the longest-standing member. You're responsible for what you post and must not share anyone's personal information without their permission.

Plans and payment

• Free: one calendar in total across your teams, with an ad on the home screen.
• Unlimited: monthly or yearly subscription for one person. Lifetime: a one-off payment for one person, for as long as Zyra operates.
• Team plan: paid by the team owner. The price covers a set number of members; each additional member is charged at the extra-member price for the rest of the billing period, and the charge goes down when members leave (prorated) [legal review: confirm proration wording].
• Prices are shown, including the currency, before you pay. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from Manage billing; you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.
• Payments on the web are handled by Stripe. Purchases made in the App Store or Google Play are governed by their terms and refund rules.
• Refunds: [decide policy, e.g. on request within 14 days of first purchase, and as required by law].
• Promo codes can't be exchanged for cash and may have limits shown when you use them.

Acceptable use

Don't use Zyra to harass people, share illegal content, send spam, interfere with the service or try to access other teams. Members can report content; we may remove content and suspend accounts that break these terms.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Zyra available but can't promise it will never be interrupted. We may change features or these terms; we'll give notice of material changes in the app or by email.
